Step 3: Look under 'treatment' section, find I need electrolytes
Step 4: Remember that Gatorade has electrolytes - "It's what plants crave"
Step 5: Drink half a litre of Gatorade and feel much worse than before
At least now I'm 2.5 days through "three to five days (mean duration: 3.6 days)" that wikipedia says it'll last for.

Shell's work (the pharmacy) sells an icy-pole called Hydralyte... She reckons it works much better than gatorade...
